Not the right fit? No problem. Here's how our return and exchange process works.


Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange — no exceptions. If you have a Final Sale item you're looking to pass on, check out SKHOOP Looped — our resale site where you can sell Final Sale items, as well as any gently used SKHOOP gear.


What We Accept
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.


How to Start a Return
All returns and exchanges are processed through our online return portal — it only takes a few minutes to get started.


Your Return Options
During the return process, you'll choose from:

  • Exchange for any other style, size, or color (price differences may apply)
  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit

If your requested exchange item is no longer available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Return Shipping

  • Checkout+ — If you added Checkout+ ($3.98) at the time of purchase, return shipping is included.
  • Standard returns — A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


A Few Good-to-Knows

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Items requiring spot cleaning (including pet hair removal) are subject to a $10 cleaning fee
  • All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that don't meet our condition requirements will be sent back to you
