Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Anchorage, AK. We are a small team and work hard to get your orders shipped within 2 business days of when your order is placed. During busier times (think holidays, sales, new product launches), there may be a slight delay in order processing time. Please note that we do not work (or ship) on weekends.

We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for US orders over $150.  For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, we charge $10 for USPS Priority Mail.

Want your order faster? We offer FedEx 2-Day shipping for $20.  Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes and generally does not deliver on weekends.

For orders within Alaska, USPS is generally the quickest shipping option with transit times of 1-3 days once we ship your order. Outside of Alaska you can expect a 3-5 day transit time with USPS once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping to Canada?

We offer international shipping for $30. Please note that shipping transit times to Canada vary widely based on location. For more urban areas, transit times can be 3-7 days. Rural areas may have transit times of up to three weeks.

Note that international orders are subject to taxes and duties. When you go to checkout, you will see an estimate of the taxes and duty that will be due. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate only and actually charges may be different. At the time of checkout the only thing that you are paying for is the garment(s) and shipping.

Duty and tax will be collected by the shipping carrier. In most cases, they will contact you at the email address that is associated with your order providing a link where you can pay the tax and duty online. Please note that the shipping carriers will not deliver your order until these charges have been paid.

Shipping Disclaimer: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of shipping carriers working independently from Skhoop. However, we are here to help provide direction and support to help resolve your shipping concerns or mishaps.
