Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Anchorage, AK. We are a small team and work hard to get your orders shipped within 2 business days of when your order is placed. During busier times (think holidays, sales, new product launches), there may be a slight delay in order processing time. Please note that we do not work (or ship) on weekends.
Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping (U.S. only). Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be presented with shipping options at checkout — prices are based on the weight of your order and reflect our actual shipping costs.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes and generally does not deliver on weekends. FedEx 2-Day can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Due to high shipping costs, we no longer ship to Canada. If you live in Canada and are interested in placing an order, we would be happy to work with you. Please send us an email at info@skhoop.us with your shipping address and the product(s) you would like to order.
